This year, the Institute of Politics is sponsoring a service that makes registering to vote and or requesting an absentee ballot easier than it’s ever been. Go to www.iop.turbovote.org (or click “Register/Pledge to Vote” above) and sign up to receive completed registration and/or absentee ballot request forms in the mail along with pre-addressed and pre-stamped envelopes – all you have to do is sign them and drop them in the mailbox. In addition, you will receive text and email reminders about elections and deadlines. As part of HVOTE, there will be a House Cup competition to see which House can get the largest percentage of students to pledge to vote in November. You can periodically check this website’s “HVOTE” Tab to determine the winning House whose HoCo will receive a trophy and prize, furnished by the Institute of Politics.
